But who’s really surprised? Collections from the Trinidadian designer typically lie close to the raw bone of sophistication, and these new, delightful, pieces are no exception. Of the collection, Aisling said on her Instagram: “Stalactite fringing, cables that look like calcified deposits, nubby merino juxtaposed with slick monofilament to mimic wet rock… these caves definitely inspired my collection.”
